You can view your order history by visiting the My Orders section on the Mommykart website after logging in with your registered mobile number.

3. Is it safe to order from Mommykart?

Yes. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through trusted payment gateways that comply with industry security standards. Your personal information is protected and is never shared with unauthorized parties.

4. Do you deliver across India?

Yes. Mommykart delivers to most serviceable locations across India.

5. What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the availability of courier services.

6. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be available in the My Orders section. You may also receive shipment updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the courier service.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, Mommykart does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid online using one of the available payment methods.

If your payment is debited but the order is not successfully placed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time.
