2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images of the product and packaging with your order details. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

3. We understand that in certain situations a product may not meet your expectations. Although returns are generally not accepted, we may consider return requests on a case-by-case basis depending on your location and the nature of the request. 4. If a return request is approved, a nominal return shipping or pickup fee will apply for collecting the product from your doorstep and returning it to our facility. The applicable charges will be communicated to you before the return process is initiated.
